418 BALTIMORE AVENUE STAUNTON, VIRGINIA
January, 2021
We had the honor of visiting this GORGEOUS renovation for the amazing Jenny Mitchell at Nest Realty this week and are so happy to have this home in our portfolio. This piece of Staunton history sits atop Sears Hill in Historic Staunton, and is SECONDS from all things downtown...shopping, plays, yummy food, delicious ice cream, the park, art galleries...etc! This house was brought down to the studs (except for all the original floors, and woodwork) and brought back to life with a layout that just makes sense.
Upon coming up the front steps, the foyer greets you with original rod iron railing to the upstairs with a little office nook next to the steps. We LOVED the original wide baseboards and columns in the foyer. They do not build homes like this anymore! We were so excited to see that this home is full of natural light. Every room in the house is so bright and cheerful. There is a bathroom downstairs, but there is also two en-suite baths upstairs. Our favorite part of this home was the KITCHEN! It was laid out so well with a bar top for kids to work on homework while parents cooked dinner, and right off of the kitchen is the laundry AND a separate mudroom with storage for coast and shoes when people come in the door.
Overall, this home has been brought back to life and is ready for its new family to move in and make new memories within the walls. We are so thankful for our clients and friends that let us come visit these insanely cool places!! Check out the full listing HERE!
