We had so much fun photographing these BRAND NEW construction townhomes for the amazing Kevin Lacey at Lacey Real Estate! We were highly impressed with these and felt like they deserved a little extra attention within our blog. One of the greatest parts of these townhomes is their location. They sit close to the bypass for easy commuting, and are hidden within a very private neighborhood of Staunton with only minutes between them and Downtown Staunton.

These townhomes are built with every detail in mind. The lowest floor consists of a perfect place to finish for in-laws or additional bedrooms, and a massive garage. The walls of these townhomes are pre-fab and thick as can be. Throughout the home, the walls are painted a neutral color to come in and make them your own. The kitchen was my favorite part of the townhome with GORGEOUS gray toned stained cabinets. The best part of all about these townhomes is the view out the back windows, and NO YARDWORK or snow removal! YAY! We feel like these homes are top of the line, and will sell extremely fast.
