Waynesboro Starter!

It is always homes like this one that I fall head over heels for. From the outside, it is just a typical brick rancher. Before doing real estate photography, I would pass these by and not be too interested in them. Now that I do this for a living, these are ALWAYS my favorite. Brick ranchers may look like just that, but most usually, they are adorable on the inside lovingly maintained by the cutest couple and always have the greatest details. This brick rancher is newly listed with Charity Cox at Long and Foster.

BRIGHT bedrooms with tons of light coming in everywhere

Massive covered back deck for summer dinners while the kids play in the yard

Flat yard with grapevine, and the cutest windmill (my favorite!)

Overall, I LOVE this home. I couldn't help but imagining all the babes that I could raise here!
