Is this place not the CUTEST????? We can't get over all of the new construction by W. Boutros & Co. and listed by Lillian Boutros. This is the newest in their series "The Villas." This is a MUCH NEEDED start to the Ana Marie Estates because they are affordable, and more of a starter home but in a safe, and gorgeous neighborhood. What more could you need?

This property is so well laid out and will be a wonderful home for the new family that moves in. We loved the MASSIVE open floor plan concept with a legit GREAT room and cathedral ceilings. One level living with views, and a master suite perfect for any couple. This place will move fast!
