This is one hot market! We were SO excited to explore this home in the heart of Middlebrook for Charity Cox at Long and Foster this past week. The remnants of the old main St. are still intact and this home is right on this track. I fell in LOVE with this home and even went home to beg my husband for it...apparently I am not a very good beggar because it is already UNDER CONTRACT (and not by me!). I loved the SOARING ceilings throughout the whole house, original hardwoods, restored wood plank ceilings, HUGE kitchen, wide hallways, floor to ceiling NEW windows, and my favorite is the master bedroom with an attached bedroom perfect for a nursery or a makeshift MASSIVE closet...all of this with the original charm of yesterday! This home was my dream!
